# Broll Clip License — v2026-04-v3
**By downloading a clip from Broll, you agree:**
## You MAY
- Use clips in your own real-estate marketing: listing videos, social reels, brand content, client presentations, paid ads.
- Use across unlimited projects while your subscription is active.
- Have your own videographer or editor assemble clips into a final listing video **for you, under your brand**, for your listings.
## Scope by tier
- **Solo** — clips may be used in marketing for your own brand and your own listings.
- **Team** — same scope as Solo, shared across up to 5 seats in the same team/brokerage. Clips may be used in marketing for any agent on the account.
- **Brokerage** — same scope as Team, shared across up to 25 seats. Clips may be used in deliverables for agents within the subscribing brokerage (same brand umbrella).
- **Studio / Agency** (not yet publicly available) — required if you are a media-agency or videographer producing deliverables for third-party real-estate clients whose brand is not yours. Contact us.
## You MAY NOT
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw clip files.
- Include clips in your own "stock library" product, content pack, or subscription.
- Use clips in final deliverables **for third-party clients whose brand is not yours** (on Solo, Team, or Brokerage tiers). The future Studio/Agency tier will authorize this scope; until then, contact us for a custom agreement.
- Automate or bulk-download clips.
## After you cancel
We don't yank the rug. Specifically:
- **Anything you've already posted stays posted — forever.** A clip you used in a listing video, reel, paid ad, your website, a client presentation, or any other public-facing asset remains licensed in that asset in perpetuity, regardless of whether your subscription is active when the asset is viewed.
- **30-day reuse grace for new posts.** For 30 days after cancellation, you can keep using clips you previously downloaded in new posts under your own brand (same listings, same social accounts, same marketing channels). No need to re-subscribe to finish out work already in progress.
- **After 30 days.** To post new content using our footage, re-subscribe. Re-subscribing is instant and re-licenses everything you've already downloaded — nothing extra to buy.
- **Reinstatement is easy.** There's no "cooling-off" period or penalty for coming back. Your downloaded clips are ready to go the moment your subscription is active again.
## You MAY NOT (after cancel)
- Deliver clips to third-party clients whose brand is not yours (same rule as during active subscription — doesn't change at cancel).
- Use clips you downloaded to build a new commercial project whose primary value derives from the footage (e.g., selling a "Florida B-Roll Pack" as a digital product). Use-in-your-marketing = fine; use-as-resold-product = not fine.
## Enforcement
- Every download carries an invisible forensic marker tying the file to your subscriber account.
- Violations will be enforced under the DMCA and US Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 504).
- Willful infringement carries statutory damages up to $150,000 per work.
